Control of homogeneous glue presence

The application requires the control of the presence of a special luminescent coating glue that is applied on a tube (used to increase wear resistance). The difficulty lies in the fact that the tube material has fluorescent components. The manual setting of the sensor switching threshold allows the operator to distinguish two different luminescence intensities. Moreover, the excellent field of depth allows to control the diameters of different tubes without changing the sensor operating distance, once the threshold has been calibrated.
