Marking on silicon wafers in solar cells

Solar cells manufacturers deal with Polycrystalline Silicon which is highly sensitive to mechanical stress. Traceability data must be hidden in corners and must be marked in the smallest surface possible. Direct laser marking is the solution to increase productivity and throughput.
